Year 10 Meningococcal ACWY Vaccination Program

Year 10 students will be receiving their Meningococcal ACWY vaccination on Wednesday, 10 June. PDHPE teachers will be handing out vaccination forms during their classes this week.  Students are to return their completed vaccination forms ASAP to the box provided at the front office.
