Year 12 (HSC 2021) plus other Year Groups (7 - 11) return to face-to-face learning.
Good evening students, parents, carers and community members,
With the announcement made today by the NSW Premier regarding changes to student return dates, I have tried to simplify below, what that will look like for BHS and our students.
Please note that during Week 3 Year 12 (HSC 2021) will return on site for Intensive HSC Workshops with teaching staff (please see attached).
As staff will be assisting Year 12 there may be some minor disruptions to their other lessons. It will be minimal and for Week 3 only.
Iโm sure we can all agree that the 2021 HSC cohort has been the most disadvantaged since the HSC began. Therefore, I thank you in advance for your patience and consideration for any inconvenience this may temporarily cause other students.
๐ง๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐๐ฆ
* There may be some necessary adjustments made as a result of BHS Staff vaccination status.
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ ๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ (๐ฑ๐๐ต โ ๐ญ๐ฑ๐๐ต ๐ข๐ฐ๐):
Years 7 - 11 continue to work online from home following normal timetable.
Year 12 continue to study at home and check in with class teachers during timetabled lessons.
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฏ (๐ญ๐ด๐๐ต โ ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ข๐ฐ๐):
Years 7 - 11 continue to work online from home following normal timetable.
Year 12 with HSC Exams, have the opportunity to undertake Intensive HSC Workshops at school as per attached timetable.
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ (๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ต ๐ข๐ฐ๐ โ ๐ฑ๐๐ต ๐ก๐ผ๐):
Years 7 - 11 return to face-to-face learning on-site and follow normal timetabled lessons.
Year 12 with HSC Exams, have the opportunity to check in with timetabled teachers on site - no formal lessons/workshops.
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฒ - ๐ต (๐ง๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐๐ต ๐ก๐ผ๐ - ๐๐ฟ๐ถ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ):
Year 12 follow the 2021 HSC Examination schedule (see attached revised timetable)

Years 7 - 11 continue to follow normal timetable at school.
